Angels and Demons

My first memories of vividly imagining things date back to me being around 6 years old, sitting in a church bench with my sister while my parents are singing up in the choir. This was a weekly recurring event for a few years. Surrounded by paintings filled with horrific biblical depictions of violence I imagined demons bursting through the roof. Angels would battle that evil. I never lost those images from my head and it explains partly where some of the darkness in my work comes from…🖖
